We are building a custom web-based platform to revolutionize the interior design workflow using AI-driven automation. The platform will allow users to transcribe customer conversations, generate interior design prompts, convert 2D floor plans to 3D models, generate 3D room designs based on prompts, create walkthrough videos, and generate cost quotations linked to a custom catalogue.
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled full-stack team or agency with proven experience in building complex, interactive platforms involving 3D modeling, AI/ML integration, and user-centric dashboard design.
Key Features to Develop:
AI-Based Transcription Tool
Capture and summarize customer conversations via audio (Zoom, Meet).
Output structured text preferences.
Optional: Integration with Whisper or Otter-like APIs.
Prompt Generator
Convert conversation summary into interior design prompts.
Use OpenAI or similar APIs for contextual prompt generation.
2D Floor Plan to 3D Model Converter
Upload JPG/PDF floor plans and convert to editable 3D space.
Maintain dimensional accuracy.
Use Three.js, Blender API, or other libraries.
Text Prompt-Based Room Design
Generate 3D designs/renderings based on room-specific text prompts.
Convert static 3D views into rendered images and walkthroughs.
Walkthrough & Flythrough Generator
Auto-generate 3D flythrough or walkthrough videos from designs.
Support 360° panoramic views and room transitions.
Auto Quotation Builder
Extract itemized BOQ from the generated design.
Link materials/furnishings to a catalogue (with editable price list).
Include scope items like demolition, plumbing, painting.
Custom Catalogue Creator
Upload furniture/product images and convert to 3D models.
Enable vendors to maintain and update catalogs.
Admin & User Dashboard
Role-based access (Sales, Designers, Admin).
Dashboard for project tracking, customer feedback, and exports.

Frontend: React.js, Tailwind, Three.js
Backend: Node.js or Django (open to Python-based stack)
Database: Firebase / PostgreSQL
