PWA React app for web and mobile

I am looking for a PWA React app developer to develop a chat-based web and mobile app. It's a Poker analytics web app that will have a UI similar to the chatGPT interface, so basic knowledge of poker is preferred but not compulsory. Dev needs to write frontend code in React with simple database integration for storing messages, users, and other data. The backend would be handled by me and frontend dev would be working closely with me. Figma link will be shared upon request. Check the video attached for a sample of the features I'll need.
