Need Help to create a ticket

I need a React Typescript professional to help me complete a task . i have done most of it . but as a beginner i could use someone's help with explanation on how to actually finish the given task.

I have the project with me i can not send the code . will have to do it in real time over zoom won't take more than an hour as i have already finished most of it
