Health Sector Web App Developer Needed

I'm seeking a knowledgeable web application developer to create a robust solution for the health sector. As a result of rapid urbanization in metro cities, emergency healthcare providers routinely get stuck in traffic, inflating the crucial time to reach patients. This assignment is to devise an efficient rescue system for ambulances in metro traffic. The primary operations required are:
1. App Component:
- Contains the routing logic for different user roles.
- Manages user authentication state.
2. Login Component:
- Allows users to log in using email and password.
3. Dashboard Components:
- Ambulance Driver Dashboard:
- Displays a list of nearby hospitals.
- Allows the driver to select a hospital and send a bed availability request(notification to hospital).
-Allows driver to select a route and on that whichever traffic signal comes will get notified
- Shows live location and navigation route to the hospital.
- Hospital Dashboard:
- Receives bed availability requests from ambulance drivers.
- Responds with bed availability status.
- If Yes then Receives live location and route information.
- Traffic Police Dashboard:
- Receives traffic status requests from ambulance drivers.
- Responds with traffic status.
- If Yes then Receives live location information.
4. Admin Panel Component:
- Allows the admin to create and delete users.
5. Notification Component:
- Handles notifications for hospital for availability, traffic status , and route information.
6. Map Component:
- Integrates Google Maps API for displaying live locations and routes.
The web application will initially be applied in Bengaluru Karnataka. Therefore any local knowledge, or similar project experience, would be hugely advantageous. Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, Content Management Systems, and Social Networking sites is also desirable due to the functionalities of the project.
