Build a Student Management System (MERN Stack)

We need a full stack developer (MERN) for a web app that will be used by an online tutor to manage their students, finances and other business operations . We have a ready figma design for the front end.
We are looking for a person with:
1. Prior coding experience in MERN stack web apps or products.
2. Ability to convert figma prototypes to pixel perfect and responsive front ends.
3. Knowledge of deploying the web application to a cloud server (linux)
4. Ability to write clean, well documented and optimized code.
5. Experience in Microservices and Rest APIs
6. Ability to deliver on time without compromising with quality
7. Comprehensive testing and bug fixing
