raspberry pi driven escape room prop malfunctioning

We had a prop built for us and the results were about 75% great, but there have been issues. Currently, the GUI interface via IP is not loading properly and renders the piece unusable. Need assistance getting the GUI back up and running.

A simple, functioning GUI that allows us to both hear audio from the device and play sound files to the device.
