Warehouse accounting system - web app
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
NB! Full description I will send to private chat!
The web application allows the administrator to see the list of tasks for production, create / modify tasks, monitor the number of finished units in the warehouse. View logs - when, by whom and what was added or removed from the warehouse. Add\modify\delete workstations. See a list of operator "marks" about problems in the production of parts.
Two types of workstations are installed at the production site - "Normal" and "assembly".
A typical station consists of a raspberry pi 4, an EasyCoder PM4I label printer, and a mechanical button. The station is connected to the local network via wi fi or lan. Each station has its own web page, by accessing which the operator can see the general list of tasks for production, select his task and start working. Having selected a task, the operator presses a button and the system generates a qr code that is printed by a label printer. In the event of a problem - a part was damaged or the printer did not print a label - through the web application, the operator can put a "flag" about the problem, which the administrator will see.
The Assembly station consists of a raspberry pi 4 and a raspberry camera, which is used as a qr code reader. The operator also connects to the station and selects his task. Carrying parts with a qr code past the camera, the system reads the code and changes the status of the parts from “not packed” to “packed”.
A production worker (operator) can connect to a workstation using any smartphone/tablet or PC.
