Revise Raspberry Pi 5 HAT PCB

Job ID: 39854269

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I already have a working schematic and PCB layout for a Raspberry Pi 5 HAT, but several items need refining. The job centres on modifying existing components—specifically resistors, Zener diodes, and connectors. Their values, footprints, and final placement all need updating to match the latest electrical and mechanical requirements.

Once those edits are in place, please give the overall board a quick health-check. If you spot any obvious routing bottlenecks or placement tweaks that would improve signal integrity, thermal performance, or general manufacturability, feel free to implement them. I’m not after a ground-up redesign; thoughtful touch-ups are enough.

Deliverables
• Updated schematic reflecting every component change
• Refreshed PCB layout that meets Raspberry Pi 5 HAT mechanical specs
• Production-ready Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, and stencil files
• Clean, supplier-ready BOM in JLCPCB format (or equivalent)
• Any new footprint/symbol libraries and a short change log

All design files from the current revision will be provided on project start. Please keep design rule checks green and footprints aligned with JLCPCB tolerances so I can drop the files straight into fabrication.

There are only following components on the board -
10k Ohm resistors
1N4733 Zener Diode (5.1V 0.5W )
14 Pin Connector
20Pin Connector for raspberry pi 5
