Raspberry pi web server -- 2

Hello Team,

Raspberry pi will be not connected to the internet. But it has a web server running inside it. A smartphone should be able to connect to raspberry pi to view the Html webpage.

Can you help me run a web server on raspberry pi, which should simply be a web page - a simple HTML page.

A user should be able to connect to raspberry pi, after connecting to raspberry pi’s Wi-Fi. Raspberry pi should emit the Wi-Fi signal continuously.

Once connected to raspberry pi, the user should be able to connect to a web browser (hosted on a raspberry pi ) on their smartphone.
