Raspberry Pi 4B 8gb ram

So i want to make a mini device using raspberry pi which will connect raspberry pi to a screen or display something where it would also be connected to a led and a buzzer. In the raspberry pi screen I will run a python code in windows operating system or linux etc. Now this code will track bitcoin code for ex and when the price reaches a specific price the buzzer should produce sound for some seconds and LED light should blink. Now I just want some help that how can I make this Setup.
