Raspberry Pi computer program with GUI

I need a computer program that will run on the Raspberry Pi platform. It will need to control a motor which allow for variable rpm values and allow the motor to be turned on/off. it will also be required to display airflow from 2 sensors on either side of the input and output aperatures of the motor. The motor will need to be controlled via a GUI and the airflow values will also need to be displayed in the GUI. The whole platform will need a kill switch to sht down the program. I would expect the program to be built in Python and as such run on the Raspberry Pi platform without issue
