Raspberry Pi Theater Intercom System

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Raspberry Pi-based production communication system tailored for theaters.
Key Requirements:
- **Voice Communication**: The system should primarily facilitate voice communication.
- **Multi-channel Support**: It should support multiple channels for different teams or production segments.
- **Intercom Panel Interface**: The communication interface should be intercom panels, not handheld devices. USB Headsets will be connected to the Pi inside the panels
- **A small OLED display will be connected to GPIO for status
- **4 buttons will be connected to GPIO to activate various channels
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Raspberry Pi programming and hardware integration.
- Experience in developing communication systems, particularly for theatrical or similar environments.
- Knowledge of intercom systems and their functionality.
