I need to build a scooter rental station managed by a Raspberry Pi.
Each scooter is locked with the following lock:

The Bluetooth protocol for this lock is attached.
The rental process can be done in one of two ways:
QR Code Method:
The user scans a QR code, is redirected to a web page, completes the payment — and the web page confirms scooter release via an internal API.
On-Screen Interface (please price separately):
A local interface displayed on a screen for scooter rental, including payment through an API that will be provided later.
The Raspberry Pi should report every rental and return to a central server through an API that we will provide.
