Raspberry Pi 4 Project

I have a raspberry pi 4 and need help completing a pretty simple project. I need to find a way to get the raspberry pi 4 to record multiple microphones at once and save each microphone as an independent .mp3 file. There should be roughly 6 microphones plugged into the raspberry pi at once and all of them should be recording there own .mp3 file.

Let me know if you can help with this. I have a 4gb raspberry pi to do this with but if needed I can get a 8gb raspberry pi
