Raspberry Pi People Counter

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Raspberry Pi-based system that counts people using a camera. The purpose is to monitor foot traffic.

Requirements:
- The camera will be installed outdoors.
- Must withstand variable weather conditions.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency with Raspberry Pi and camera modules
- Experience in outdoor camera installation
- Knowledge of weatherproofing electronics
- Background in image processing and counting algorithms
