Raspberry / Orange / Banana Pi - Custom kiosk mode with modifications

I am looking for a freelancer with intermediate experience in working with Raspberry / Orange / banana Pi to help me create a custom kiosk mode with modifications.

In order to work on all the OS will need to be Debian.
