Raspberry Pi LED Ticker Integration

I'm looking for a skilled developer to set up LED tickers using Raspberry Pi. The tickers will display custom messages that I can input via a connected device, preferably a smartphone. VERY FAST WORK NEEDED. Weds and Thursday with a hard deadline of Thursday afternoon.

Requirements:
- Use Raspberry Pi to control LED tickers.
- Display custom messages.
- Input messages via a smartphone.
- Develop a simple app or interface for message input.
- Connect a humidity reader to the Rasberry Pi that can then be sent to the LED ticker
- Assist in connecting humidity reader to motor that moves depending on what humidity is

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Raspberry Pi and LED displays.
- Mobile app development.
- Familiarity with network communication between devices.
