Raspberry Pi 4 GUI Design Overhaul

I'm looking for an expert who can help me modify the layout and structure, as well as some functionality of the GUI (including generating results) of my Raspberry Pi 4. Current GUI is working perfectly, just some small bugs that need ironing out.
I have specific design guidelines that I will provide, so your role will primarily be implementing these changes and making sure everything works smoothly.
