RPI App to Send Camera Frames to Android App via TCP - Both Apps Required - Will provide Remote access to The RPI and the Android Tablet for Developement

Create a new small python application to run on a Raspberry Pi that will read each frame (at 15 fps) from an attached RPI Mipi camera and send each frame in near real-time via Ethernet TCP/UDP to an attached Android Tablet that is connected directly to the RPI via ethernet. Create a new second application that will run on Android 10 tablet and it will receive each frame via TCP in near real-time, then inference it against a supplied TF-Lite Model and control/change a looping .mp4 range (from video looping between frame # 300-400 TO Looping between 401-500 based on the inferencing results. We will supply remote access to both the RPI and the Android allowing the developer to complete the project without any hardware at their location.
