Projec to use rasperry pi with camera to recognise faces and create colour pattern according to mood facial expreasion and create the light pattern using led lights

I'm looking for a freelancer to work on a project to use a raspberry pi with a camera to recognize faces and create light patterns with LED lights according to the mood of the person's facial expression. The desired outcome is real-time mood recognition and dynamic light patterns, with moderate accuracy. No specific LED light patterns or colors are expected; I am open to suggestions.
