Programme a flexible OLED screen to play videos

For a creative project, I need to use a flexible OLED screen like this one - https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/6-inch-Flexible-Oled-Screen-2160_1600228846190.html - to display various videos, ideally while untethered from a computer.

I don't come from a technical background, so I'm looking for a UK-based freelancer to help set up the screen, store the videos so that they can be easily played / rotated, figure out a power source etc.
