Need a raspberry App

I have a need to run some switches with a 7 'touch screen, Need to be able to have 7 Buttons on the screen and have to ability to program if a button is pressed it turns off the first one off when second is pressed, but that needs to be programmed for each button individually,. Need to be able to put logo on screen and program the function of each button but mostly have a nice UI and simple operator usability like a kiosk
Need to program remotely via wifi and vnc

It will be used for a truck wash system, so I need the following buttons
one-row --- Pre-wash. Soap, Degreaser, and wax. (press one the anthing on this row shuts off if another button on this row is turn on
second line pressure washer on and off, and heat on and off
plus need a wireless remote setup via wifi so I can push number buttons to switch away from the box (can be added later)
