Need advice regarding system design (couple hours max) -- 2

I need to set up somewhat of a complicated control and process monitoring system with flow meters, temperature and pressure sensors, pumps, motorised valves. I think I may make use of a raspberry pi, however, i am really not sure how to proceed and would like some advice/consultation. Let me know if you can help! Also, depending on how this initial consultation, will be willing to consult more in the future.
