Need a Raspberyy PI Expert

I want to build a remote access box. where you can take the Raspberry PI to a remote location and still have console access to switches, routers, etc.

Please find attached a summary of what I am trying to achieve. Here is a high-level summary as well:

Tasks Summary:

• Show 4G card operating mode
• Show 4G card signal strength
• Show 4G card home network
• Install a GUI (Xfce)
• Access the GUI over the internet, preferable through a browser, open to using VNC or similar

Also, I can arrange SSH access to the board to test things out. Please check the attached doc.
