MAME ROM Configuration

I have a MAME Rom that is working but I am having problems with screen resolutions and setting up audio. I am not a techie in the slightest and this might just be a setting that I can't see. I have the MAME Rom working on a RPi4 with RetroPie and it is a MAME 2010 Rom. I have all controllers working and it plays great, just can't get the audio and video settings the way I want them.
