Jet-Pong Arcade Game

I want to run Advanced HMI Software on the raspberry PI to display text, objects, images and videos on a 32” monitor using its HDMI port. The screen items will be triggered by signals from a PLC using Modbus TCP/IP. I can create my own screens using Advanced HMI. I just need someone familiar with raspberry PI to set this all up for me.
