Interactive Cartoon Face for Raspberry Pi

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a unique and engaging interactive cartoon face for my Raspberry Pi 5.
- The purpose of this project is to create an interactive display, which will serve as an interface for the users.
- I envision users interacting with the cartoon face using touch screen input. The cartoon face should be able to respond to different touch inputs and gestures.
- The cartoon face should be capable of expressing a range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, and surprise. The ability to convey these emotions effectively is key to making the interactive experience engaging and relatable.

- I also need to add assistant voice part using ChatGPT for Arabic language.
- I need the eyes and mouth and eyebrows move and gives impression like that one in the video above.
- Developer should use python and the code must be run on Raspberry pi 5.
- The user can ask the robot and get answer based on ChatGBT answer.
