GSM Hat For Raspberry Pi
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS -------
(1) MILESTONE 1, $150: Written instructions (MS Word or Google Doc) in sufficient detail for a beginner to mechanically install GSM HAT onto Raspberry Pi and download all software dependencies.
(2) MILESTONE 2, $250: Well-commented Python application that listens for incoming SMS and responds with an MMS including (a) the sender’s phone number, (b) the sender’s text content, and (c) an image stored at /home/pi/webcam/example.jpg.
NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS -------
(3) Milestones payable upon successful testing on my equipment: Raspberry Pi 4, Waveshare GSM/GPRS/GNSS Bluetooth HAT Expansion Board, and GSM-compatible T-Mobile SIM card.
(4) Freelancer should be prepared to dial in via AnyDesk to assist with testing.
