Fix VLC-Telnet Audio Issue on Home Assitant

I need help troubleshooting an audio issue with VLC-Telnet in my HomeAssistant setup on Raspberry Pi.
Current Setup:
- VLC-Telnet plays an .mp3 file when a door sensor is triggered.
- Works fine on first trigger, but subsequent triggers have issues.
Issues:
- Volume is super low on subsequent triggers.
- First and last parts of the sound file are cut off.
