Decipher USB Data from an Instrument

I need help deciphering data from an Instrument ,which has option to send compatible data for Epson TMU220B as well ESC/POS printers. The Instrument connected to a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W via USB Type B converter. The Instrument's data received in the Raspberry Pi Zero2W in device mode with control characters and rasterized bit images need to be interpreted.

Requirements:
- Remote connection to my setup
- Decipher data sent from the Instrument
- Output format: Not specified (flexible)

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with USB communication protocols
- Familiarity with Raspberry Pi and Linux
- Knowledge of Epson ESC-POS commands
