Custom scoreboard

I am looking to get a raspberry pi custom scoreboard with output to a led matrix board. It should accept inputs from a web app or even a mobile app and allow scores to be updated and displayed. the score board should display from inputs at minimum the team names (with custom logos would be a plus, or a list of selectable logos that can be updated) and allow for the current score 0-99 to be updated and the match score 0-9 to be updated as well; it would in theory look something like the NFL scoreboard project available at https://github.com/mikemountain/nfl-led-scoreboard but the scores would be from a connected app not the API feed like in the
