Build a Application for Audio Codec

We are searching for a full stack developer to build a 2 channel 4 wire box based on SIP. Using a Rasphberry we need an SIP with OPUS / G711 and G722 integration. the audio needs to be picked up from two I2S audio sources on the rasphberry. it will need an webbased setup tool.
also there will be three dials, two will be used to set the volume to the output and to set the input level. the third one is used to browse the display menu ( a display will show basic config) also two butten that function as Push to talk and latch buttons.
