I already have every component on hand—Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, CSI night-vision camera, driver boards, batteries, flex cables—and a complete engineering pack that includes wiring diagrams, parametric CAD, and print-ready STL files for the headset shell. What I need now is a capable maker or electronics engineer to turn that documentation into a fully functioning outdoor prototype.

Here’s the flow:

• Solder and loom the harness exactly as shown in the drawings (standard durability, basic finishes are fine).
• Flash the micro-SD, load the provided image, and fine-tune the Pi under Linux so it boots straight into the live night-vision feed.
• Validate the camera pipeline—focus, IR illumination, latency—and make any config tweaks I’ve annotated.
• Seat the electronics inside the printed housing, confirm all ports line up, and run a field-test in a low-light outdoor setting.

The deliverable is a headset that powers on, boots automatically, and streams a clear night-vision image with no manual intervention. I’ll ship the parts kit and printed shells to you; you return a working unit, videos of the boot sequence and outdoor test, plus any small config files you modified.

Provided docs should answer most questions, but I’m available on video chat if anything needs clarification. Turnaround is flexible within the advertised budget range, and I’m happy to break the job into milestones—assembly, software bring-up, final integration—so we both stay on track.
