doctor on demand - wireframes only

Hello Team,
I need help with setting up wireframe for the complete web app 'doctor on demand'.
Doctors
1. Should be able to register / login / logout.
2. Should be able to provide their availability for 15 / 30 or 1 hour slot on calendar.
3. Should be able to register their account information.
4. Should be able to view the money earned monthly, time range, quarterly or yearly.
5. Should get money on x day of the month.
6. Should be able to download invoices for each transaction.
Patients
1. Should be able to search doctors by distance.
2. Should be able to pay for services using credit card.
3. Should be able to download the invoice from the app.
When patient books a slot with a doctor, an calendar link should be sent from the application. This should be emailed to both doctor and patients.
