Fashion Accessory Prototype

I have an invention in mind, a small fashion accessory that I would like to be designed, something that works kind of like a fashion tape. I would like to have a prototype made. It’s a small product, it incorporates 2 very simple crafting materials that are less than $5, it could have numerous functions but I just don’t know how to put these 2 materials together to make it work. I need help to bring my idea to life
