I am looking for a freelancer who can use GNU Radio to help me find a specific type of radio frequency. The frequency I am looking for falls under the category of "Other" and I would be happy to provide more information on this specific frequency to interested freelancers. Additionally, I am looking for someone who has experience working with low frequency ranges between 30-300 kHz. The purpose of finding this radio frequency is for signal analysis.
