We are seeking an experienced RF/Microwave Engineer to help us modify and optimize the frequency range of a power divider described in an existing technical project paper. The original design works within a specific frequency band, and we need to shift and fine-tune this range according to new system requirements.

Responsibilities:
Review the provided project paper and design specifications
Analyze the power divider structure
Propose modifications to shift the operational frequency range
Optimize the design for minimal insertion loss and good return loss
Provide updated schematics, simulation results, and a brief technical explanation of the modifications

Requirements:
Proven experience in RF and microwave circuit design
Familiarity with power divider structures and S-parameter analysis
Proficiency in CST.

Deliverables:
Updated design files
Simulation results showing performance across the new frequency band
Brief report detailing the changes made and justifications
