Point Cloud Horizon Identification (Lidar) and application

Project is to identify a marker band within a coal seam, we then require the distance from the marker band to the roof (highest point in image)
We then require an application built that will process the scan, the application will show the offset between roof and band, value to be stored in database
The final stage is to automatically pull in the lidar scan and complete the assessment automatically
