R studio data analysis ranking variables on how the influence the data

I have collected data to determine a ranking order of three variables whose presence influences coral abundance. My research question is "What type of disturbance impacts coral coverage abundance the most?" The data looks at the presence of the Crown of Thrones seastar, freshwater discharge, and cyclones. These three variables have been picked to represent biological, physical, and chemical distribution in a coral reef ecosystem.

These variables were collected using different methods therefore this project required heavy data cleaning before determining which variable has the strongest influence on coral abundance.
