R studio Expert - Budget - 2 hour work

I am looking for an R Studio Expert to assist me with a data analysis project. The main goal is to perform data analysis on numerical data and provide insights from the results. The ideal candidate should have experience in using R Studio for data analysis. The project involves the following:
- An Rdata file needs to exported to excel
- Few variables need to be changed in Rstudio and export to excel.
- The changed program needs to run on rstudio. Save the file and send back
Experience in working with datasets and proficiency in R programming language is a must. The ability to communicate the results effectively to non-technical stakeholders is also required.
