R project focusing on loosely Demand and supply theory

I need this small project to be completed by 6th September. I will pay 50 USD (can't increase). The project has to be completed according to the instructions in Picture 8. The first problem is already solved by me. I need solutions from 2 to 4. The solutions do not have to be perfect but have to follow the instructions.
