R programming for statistics in biology
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
• Download the R markdown project template from Blackboard or the web
• Open the file biostatistics-projTemplate.Rmd in RStudio
• Insert the relevant information
• Save the file as projNUMBER-yourLastName.Rmd and replace NUMBER with the project number
• For each question, your answer should consist of (1) the R code used to generate the results and
(2) the interpretation of the results
• Generate an HTML version of the R Markdown document by clicking on the “Knit” icon in
RStudio
