R-programming academic project

I am looking for a skilled R-programmer to assist me in an academic project. The project goal is to develop a predictive model using time series data. I have not yet decided on specific methods or algorithms and would appreciate guidance from the freelancer. The ideal candidate should have experience in R-programming, predictive modeling, and time series analysis.
