R progamming

I am looking for a freelancer who is skilled in R programming for a statistical modeling project. The goal of the project is to analyze and model data using R programming. The freelancer will need to find a suitable dataset to work with. The level of complexity required for the statistical modeling is intermediate. The ideal candidate should have experience in statistical modeling using R programming and be able to find and manipulate datasets.

You will be required to do a Bayesian analysis. Data that has to be taken should be of Newzealand. Not less that 10 variables. 3 years of data.
Data should be on 3 things, so 3 data needed. On weather, pollution and health.
