I need an R programmer for building bond pricing model(DKW).

Hello. I need a experienced R programmer who will help me building bond model. To be specific, my reference model is DKW model, which is in D'Amico et al. (2018), which employs Kalman filter and MLE. I will replicate the model with the local data in Korea. Thank you!
