Project and data description: In this project, the dataset UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository – Residential Building Data Set provided by Rafiei, M.H. and Adeli, H. is studied. It contains information about the construction cost and sales price of residential buildings in Tehran, Iran. The dataset could be downloaded from:

In this project, students are required to
(1) Demonstrate their understanding of principles and working knowledge of the statistical
modeling techniques learnt in this module;
(2) Apply all the statistical modeling skills learnt in this module whenever appropriate; and (3) Interpret and present the results in a scientific and concise manner.
