I'm looking for someone to write code that can access data from two netcdf files.
One file is a model of POC flux and the other is a model of seafloor bathymetry.
I essentially need to extract POC flux (in the 1st model) at specific depth bins I create (250 m bins) from the bathymetry in the second model at specific coordinates. I have a spreadsheet of latitude and longitude that I need these POC flux measurements for and would like the code to be able to read those coordinates and provide POC flux measurements for them at specific depth bins.
The output would look something like this as an example:
Latitude (input) Longitude(input) Depth bin (input) POC flux (output)
I have experience in R, but dont' know how to write code like this. I need the code in R and no other language.
The files are too big to be uploaded here, but I've attached text files with the contents of the models.
I basically need the code within 1 and half weeks max
