I need an R programmer

I need a script (or several scripts) written in order to help me wrangle and analyze geophysical data in the field of oceanography. I am reasonably capable in working in R but not good enough to write this R program. I need an R script that can ingest a raw data file (format is *.csv, or netcdf) and to perform several analyses on the data that will create new data products and new output files. I have attached an example of one such raw glider file.

Gliders are autonomous underwater robots that cruise the ocean's upper 200 meters and collect environmental data on ocean properties such as temperature, salinity, pressure, chlorophyll, etc. Google "Web slocum gliders" to learn more about them.
