I need a programmer

Project Instructions Spec 1 Must be able to extract chromatograms from mzMLformat. Spec 2 Must be able to decode compressed chromatograms from mzMl format Spec 3 Must be able to plot the chromatograms as a visual graph. Spec 4 Must be able to automatically choose peaks. Spec 5 Must include a user interface to wrap opening and processing an mzML file with chromatograms, indicate errors and crash gracefully, and display chromatograms. You must support pan and zoom.
