Need a coder for a small parsing project

Must be using R Studio and R shiny. Parse brochures and websites of universities in the UK and the middle east to compile list of STEM subjects (including undergraduate and post-graduate). Develop an application in R using pre-existing packages to display areas of STEM study/research on a basic world map, with a particular focus on bio-informatics, machine learning and computer science.
